A Recap of Creatives Coming Together from Across the Netherlands
Swagged Out, brought together by Swag Best Music in collaboration with CreaCore Community, turned out to be a beautifully engaging and exciting experience.
People came through from different parts of the Netherlands — including Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Utrecht, and Arnhem — bringing their own unique swag, style, concepts, and creative energy.
The event brought together DJs, artists, models, photographers, videographers, creatives, and supporters who simply wanted to experience the atmosphere and see what Swagged Out was all about.
Here’s a glimpse of just a few of the incredible creatives who joined us for this unforgettable hangout day.
Yanna Tristan — Artist | Hip Hop / Afrobeats / Amapiano
Amsterdam-based artist Yanna Tristan brought his energy and full swag to Swagged Out, connecting with fellow creatives, artists, and music lovers while representing his unique sound.
Yanna is a versatile artist who both raps and sings, blending Hip Hop, Afrobeats, and Amapiano-inspired sounds into his music. His album, No Better Time Than Now, features over 15 tracks packed with Hip Hop and Afrobeat bounce, showcasing his range as both a rapper and vocalist.
One of the things that makes Yanna’s music stand out is his delivery. He raps and sings predominantly in Dutch, blended with English, creating a distinctive sound that brings together his Dutch environment with the energy of African-inspired music and Hip Hop.
We also got an update on his upcoming tune, “Gwapa,” which is set to drop in mid-October. If you haven’t checked out Yanna Tristan yet, you really need to check him out and explore No Better Time Than Now.
It was a privilege to have Yanna Tristan with us at Swagged Out, and we look forward to seeing more from him as he continues building his sound and creative journey.
Djette Nanixa: Electronic Culture Meets Afro House & Amapiano
Djette Nanixa, from Utrecht, is immersed in electronic music culture, blending the sounds and energy of Afro House and Amapiano into her creative identity. At Swagged Out, she came through representing her unique style, personality, and sense of swag.
She also took part in the hangout discussions, connecting with fellow artists and creators, sharing ideas, and exploring opportunities for collaboration. Her presence reflected what Swagged Out was all about — bringing different creatives together through music, culture, style, and meaningful connections.
From photography sessions and videography to interviews, conversations, networking, and spontaneous creative exchanges, there was something happening throughout the day.
King Dratzy — Artist | Singer / Rapper
Originally from Nijmegen, Afrobeats artist King Dratzy is a versatile singer and rapper who brings his own energy and style to the music scene.
Before releasing his single “Escale,” King Dratzy introduced his sound with a 6-track EP titled April 11th: Chronicles 1.0, giving listeners an early look into his artistry and musical direction.
At Swagged Out, King Dratzy connected with fellow creatives and shared updates on his music. He spoke about the upcoming release of the “Escale” music video and revealed that more new music is on the way.
It was a pleasure having King Dratzy with us at Swagged Out and giving him a space to connect, share his journey, and represent his sound alongside other creatives from across the Netherlands.
Meet Poku the Photographer
We also had the opportunity to have Poku the Photographer join us for the hangout all the way from Amsterdam. His name is inspired by Kwaku the Traveller, reflecting his own creative journey and love for capturing moments.
Poku specialises in portrait photography, bringing a professional eye and a natural feel to his work. Although photography is currently a passion he pursues as a hobby, he is gradually looking to take it further by building his portfolio and expanding his creative work.
